Today we enjoyed a countryside visit to a winery in the heart of Tuscany. They showcased their wine cellar, family estate, vineyards and olive groves. We participated in a Tuscan cooking lesson given by the winery’s own chef and enjoyed an authentic Tuscan lunch expertly paired with wines produced on-site. Late in the day we returned to the villa and home for 4 nights for some leisure time. We slept well and awoke over the of jet lag's worst effects. This morning we took in some of the city’s amazing sights on a locally guided walking tour, We viewed the Opera House La Scala and Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, and visit the Duomo. – This magnificent Gothic cathedral is the third largest church in Europe. After lunch we viewed Leanardo da Vinci's masterpiece "The Last Supper".
